The Niesenbahn has a winter break until Saturday, 26 April 2025.

Season 2025: Saturday, 26 April to Sunday, 9 November (daily).

During the season, the Niesenbahn runs daily at half-hourly intervals (every 15 minutes if there are large numbers of visitors). The journey up the Niesen takes 30 minutes.
